1 Department of Molecular Medicine, Regina Elena Cancer Institute, Rome 00144, Italy. Abstract: Researchers from around the world met for two days in April this year in Rome, Italy, to discuss progress in the rapidly developing field of Hippo signaling, which is relevant to cancer and the control of organ size. Most of the participants presented data related to previously uncharacterized proteins that physically and functionally interact with known components of the Hippo pathway and regulate its biological output. * Corresponding author.
