Personalization Tools: Organize, Customize, and Expedite Knowledge Acquisition

Abstract: STKE offers several preset and customizable tools for enhancing access to STKE’s resources and converting information into knowledge. The personalization tools include Folders, Display Settings, Saved Searches, and Alerts, and they allow users to more efficiently identify and access information relevant to their field of interest. Various preset tools expedite information acquisition--for example, with downloadable citations or by providing access to external sites, such as PubMed, for identifying related materials.
