Table S3. Members of the fly and worm voltage-gated ion channel families.
This Excel file lists the Drosophila and C. elegans voltage-gated ion channel genes. Ion channel names consist of two letter designating species (dm, Drosophila melanogaster; ce, Caenorhabditis elegans) followed by the corresponding human ion channel family assignment, and in parenthesis, the gene name and/or LocusID. Separate columns for GenBank accession number, chromosome location, and a complete amimo acid sequence of a representative channel protein are provided.
