Description

Slides are provided for a class covering nuclear receptors and are part of the course "Cell Signaling Systems: A Course for Graduate Students." The slides begin with a discussion of the structure of nuclear hormone receptors and then proceed to describe mechanisms of transcriptional regulation, modulation of nuclear receptor activity by phosphorylation, and the role of nuclear receptors in cancer.
