These slides were presented by Eleni Katsantoni at the European Society for Paediatric Endocrinology (ESPE) New Inroads to Child Health (NICHe) Conference on Stress Response and Child Health in Heraklion, Crete, Greece, 18 to 20 May 2012. The data presented may include unpublished materials that have not been peer-reviewed.

Erratum: 27 November 2012

In notes associated with Slide 9 of the Presentation, there was an error that was not corrected during the production process. "Thrombocytopenia" should have been changed to "thrombocythemia" and parentheses should have been added to clearly indicate the examples of myeloproliferative neoplasms.
