An Example of G12 Signaling.

This schematic was prepared by R. Iyengar's laboratory and provides an example of signaling initiated by activation of a Ga12-coupled receptor, the protease-activated receptor (PAR), and the intersection of this receptor's signals with signals transduced by integrins, which are important for cell adhesion.
