An Example of G13 Signaling.

This schematic was prepared by R. Iyengar's laboratory and provides an example of signaling initiated by activation of a Ga13-coupled receptor, LPAR. This receptor also stimulates processes that regulate gene expression and the cytoskeleton. Some of the pathways activated by LPAR are also regulated by integrins, which are important for cell adhesion and motility.
