Movie 2. Inhibition of stimulated Eph-A3 receptors Movie

Following stimulation of HEK 293T cells expressing pEGFP actin and Eph A3, nonclustered ephrin-A5 ligand is added to the cells and acts as a competitive inhibitor (1). Cells start to ruffle. Total length of sequence (frame interval optional): 60 min, 1 frame min-1. Frame width, 90 µm. From: I. Lawrenson, S. H. Cody, M. Lackmann, Morphological changes following Eph receptor stimulation.
