Erratum

Figures 1, 6, and 7 from the Review by A. M. Preininger and H. E. Hamm were difficult to read on printed copies of the PDF or printed copies of the online figures. New figures with darker colors for the lines and membrane were created both online and for the PDF. The online display and a corrected PDF is available starting February 24, 2004.
