Table S1. Members of the human voltage-gated ion channel superfamily.
This Excel file lists the human voltage-gated ion channel genes. Ion channel names follow the IUPHAR Nomenclature Committee (1) convention and the corresponding gene names are as approved by HUGO. Separate columns for GenBank accession number, human chromosome location, other names used in the literature, the amino acid sequence of the minimum pore used in the phylogenetic analysis, and a complete amimo acid sequence of a representative channel protein are provided.
