The Paracaspase Connection

NF-kappaB is a master transcription factor that is activated by numerous different cellular pathways. In their Perspective, Yu and Lenardo discuss new work published here (Ruefli-Brasse et al.) and elsewhere that identifies MALT1/ Paracaspase as a key player in activating NF-kappaB in response to antigen receptor signaling in T and B cells.
