Modeling Signal Transduction Networks

I am interested in modeling signal transduction networks, using traditional electronic circuit analysis methods, based on time-series data taken with DNA probe arrays. I have two questions:

1. Who is working in this area, that I might be able to communicate with?

2. Where can I get time-series data that has not yet been completely analyzed?
