E-Conference: Defining Calcium Entry Signals
CRAC activity at low agonist concentrations?18 June 2004 Trevor Shuttleworth No, I'm afraid we have never tried agonist-induced responses in the RBL cells. We are currently (no pun intended!) looking at responses in parotid cells in an attempt to obtain data on a "real" cell. We know the ARC channels are there, and Ca2+ entry at low concentrations of agonists is AA-dependent, but we have yet to try and record current responses to agonists - stay tuned! |
