Why lipolysis declines with age

Camell et al. describe an inflammasome-dependent mechanism by which adipose tissue macrophages contribute to the age-related decline of lipolysis in adipocytes.

Acquired resistance to combined therapies

Lu et al. identified mechanisms by which p21-activated kinases (PAKs) mediate resistance to combined therapies in BRAF-driven melanoma.
