Online Cover This week, Science Signaling publishes a Focus Issue that complements the Science Special Issue on Dealing with Data. High-throughput technologies have enabled a rapid increase in the acquisition of data regarding cellular regulation. The challenge now is for the community to devise adequate standards for assessing reliability and annotation, facilities for storage, mechanisms for sharing, and tools for visualization and analysis.
