Online Cover This week features a Research Article that shows that the human D2 dopamine receptor and its homolog in worms undergo arginine methylation catalyzed by the protein arginine methyltransferase PRMT5. Worms deficient in PRMT5 exhibited impaired dopamine-dependent behavioral responses. The image is an illustration of the D2 dopamine receptor in the plasma membrane with the region of the third intracellular loop targeted by PRMT5 highlighted in blue. [Image: C.
