Abstract

Comprehensive quantitative data on the dynamic biochemical properties of a reference human cell will serve as a platform on which new technologies for the acquisition of quantitative data from complex systems, such as human tissue samples, can be tested. We could then develop computational models to explore specific biological questions, identify remaining gaps in the data, and assess the interoperability and cataloging of data.
