Software and Demos. GENESIS/Kinetikit, a graphical simulation environment. The downloadable materials include computer modeling software called GEneral NEural SImulation System (GENESIS)/Kinetikit, a graphical simulation environment and examples relevant to cellular signaling from an associated library of models available at the Database of Quantitative Cellular Signaling (DOQCS), which together are designed to facilitate modeling of signaling networks. The demonstration simulations provided may also have some teaching value in exploring the properties of signaling circuits. The software is also available from a mirror site (http://www.ncbs.res.in/~bhalla/kkit/download.html) and additional models can be downloaded from DOQCS (http://doqcs.ncbs.res.in).
