Code and sample data. SpectralAnalysis (Version 3.0) is a tool written for MATLAB that performs spectral analysis on calcium oscillation data. The zipped file (SpectralAnalysis-v3.zip) includes the main file and program (SpectralAnalysis.m), the subroutines that read files into the program (readFile.m), the subroutines that write information to files (writeFile.m), instructions on installing and executing the program (readme.txt), and three different samples of oscillation data (samples.txt). A file called standard.ini, which does not come with the zipped files, will be created by the SpectralAnalysis program the first time it is executed and stores the latest input values entered by the user.
