Data files. These plain-text files are specifications of models described in the main text. Data File S1, A BioNetGen model in which BCR ITAM tyrosines are lumped, corresponds to the model in which the set of ITAM phosphorylation sites are treated as a single site. This model uses the phosphorylation scheme represented schematically in Fig. 1A, and was used to generate the time course shown in Fig. 1C. Data File S2, A BioNetGen model in which BCR ITAM tyrosines are considered individually, corresponds to the model in which each ITAM phosphorylation site is considered independently. This model uses the phosphorylation scheme represented schematically in Fig. 1B, and was used to generate the time course shown in Fig. 1D. These models can be simulated using NFsim (http://emonet.biology.yale.edu/nfsim/). The “.txt.” extension of these files should be replaced with “.bngl” before processing by NFsim.
