ONLINE COVER This week's issue features a Research Article that presents the crystal structure of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) in complex with one of its receptors, TNFR2. Comparison of this structure with the known structure of the other TNF receptor, TNFR1, may aid in the development of receptor-specific therapies for diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and Crohn's disease.
