Online Cover This week features a Research Article that uses superresolution microscopy to visualize clusters of inhibitory receptors on the surface of human natural killer (NK) cells. This analysis established receptor crosstalk by showing that stimulation of the activating receptor NKG2D led to reorganization of clusters of the inhibitory receptor KIR2DL1.
